BTW, 115.com for downloaders in Europe with free account is very slow (5-9 kbps), and registering there is not easy even for users with elementary knowledge of Chinese.
won't you be so kind to mirror this wonderful share elsewhere?
    thanks once more.

  2. Dear Duke, I am so glad you are back i always love your shares, but BTW, 115. won't work at all for me Help. Also did you also find the Milstein Mozart violin concertos 4,5 also on emi that i inquired about long ago? alex. I do miss the fileserve links.

115.com requires registration even for the free account. you must push the registration request button (top right) and then fill the form (all in Chinese) and wat the confirmation mail. after all, follow the link in the mail received (also in Chinese) and your account becomes activated.
you must either use JDownloader and enter the login/password of your account for 115.com (look for it at Premium > Hoster U-Z > u.115.com in your JDownloader options.
and, after all, you'l get the snail speed (probably due to server overload), but this is the resume-capable hoster.

  3. Dear Duke, I again thank you for all your incredible shares. I thank you for the beautiful Milstein music if you ever get the Mozart violin concertos 4 and 5 with the philharmonia with milstein conducting and playing and the lalo symphonia espanole with milstein and ormandy all on the japanese emi label i ask if you could please share them. Those recordings are so hard to find, but you always find rare incredible recordings again thank you alex..

  4. I remember borrowing an LP more than 30 years ago with the Bach concertos with Nathan Milstein.
Since then I have looked for the LP's on CD's but EMI was not very eager to publish them, probably fearing that in the HIP times noboby would be interested anymore.
And now look what I found!

    My gratitude is immeasurable!

    Thank you very much,
    Parmantig

this set is composed from 4 Columbia CAX mid-60ies LPs and contains almost all their contents (2 Vivaldi's concertos are omitted).
BTW, concerto in d, op.3 No.10 RV 565 is written for 2 violins and cello soloists. cello part is performed by American cellist Harvey Shapiro.

thank you very much for the information!
Milstein is one of my heroes and although the Bach was my first priority I do regret the ommitance of the 2 Vivaldi concerto's. On the other hand: one should be grateful for all those concerto's that were transferred to CD :-)
I knew about the RV 565 (I played it myself several times) where the slow movement has only one solo violin. Bach made magnificent use of the last movement in his cantata "Ich hatte viel Bekümmernis".
      Regards Parmantig

    2. Yes, I downloaded all the latest uploads of Duke (Kubelik, Milstein & the 2 Abbados) without problem. You need to subscribe for free to 115.com to do that.
